Clive was given the honour of running with the Olympic touch.  On that day a group of dogs had also lined the path to cheer him on. This was a very proud moment in Clive’s life.

Text Box: Our Brother In Law, Clive Gibson had a heart attack at an obedience trial at Keilor. We are grateful that it was quick and he didn’t suffer. And he was with friends that loved him. He will be missed by all.

May the roads rise to meet you,
May the winds always be at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rain fall soft upon your fields,
And until we meet again, may God hold you
in the hollow of his hand.

A tribute to Clive was an all breed guard of honour for his last drive. The dogs fell silent as the funeral cars drove past. Who said dogs don’t know what going on. These dogs paid their solemn respects to a great man, an Olympic touch runner, a husband, judge, competitor, tracker, brother, son, workmate and above all a great friend to everyone.
